Our policy states that you can return or exchange your items within 20 days of purchase. Please note that if 20 days has elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be -:
Unused and in the same condition as when you bought it in the original packaging
To process your return, follow the procedure as follows:
Email or call and request a Return Authorization Number (RA #).
Include the invoice number, your name, email & contact number when requesting a return.
Once an RA has been provided to you, return the goods with the RA. Returns will not be accepted without an RA number attached. Ensure responsible packaging for your return. Please note, return postage is at your expense

To be able to give you a refund for your purchase, the items need to meet the criteria as per returns. We are unable to refund the cost of shipping, so your refund will be the cost of the original items only. Please allow approx 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
We will happily exchange your items provided they meet the criteria of returns. Please email or call us on 0422 683 296 & specify which products you wish to exchange. A new order will be processed & an invoice generated. Payment will need to be made for the new items. A RA will be provided for the exchange\returns & a refund will be issued on receipt of the returned items.
Note: Returns are at your expense & shipping costs are non-refundable. With the exception for items received that are faulty or not as per ordered.
If you receive a faulty item you need to call us on 0422 683 296 asap to for an exchange or refund.
In the event of a cost difference of exchanged items, we will credit you the difference and process as a refund.
